Welcome to Klafz! By using my website and purchasing from my store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General Information

Klafz specializes in handmade ceramics, each piece crafted with care and uniqueness. Our products are at the moment available exclusively within Sweden. If you are outside of Sweden and would like to make a purchase please contact me at info@klafz.com and we will try to solve it. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Shipping Details

All orders are shipped using PostNord and delivered to your local postal service center. Shipping is 99 kr and Expected delivery time is 5 to 10 working days.

Pickup at Klafz Studios is possible after making an appointment. Please contact me at info@klafz.com to schedule a convenient time for collection.

Certain items may be too large or fragile to be shipped. These pieces must be picked up directly from Klafz Studio. Details will be provided in the product description.

Order and Payment

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If the issue persists, contact us at info@klafz.com

Can I Reserve an Item?

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not available, so act quickly to secure your desired items.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

All of our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Due to this nature, we do not offer free returns. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. You are accountable for ensuring the item is returned without damages. We recommend using secure packaging and a reliable courier service.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.

Product Care and Limitations

Each piece is unique, and slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur. These are not defects but rather characteristics of handmade ceramics.

Liability

Klafz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or any events outside our control. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse or improper care of our products.
